Albirex Niigata striker Yano linked with Freiburg

Albirex Niigata striker Kisho Yano is being linked with German Bundesliga club Freiburg SC.

The 26-year old former Kashiwa Reysol man will reportedly fly to Germany today to finalise the deal despite his contract with Albirex running through to January.

Yano has represented the Japan national team on 19 occasions and has scored 34 goals in 191 J-League matches since kicking off his career in 2003. He has been with Albirex since 2006.
