Agent confirms Celtic's McDonald in Middlesbrough talks

Scott McDonald's agent has confirmed Middlesbrough are in talks with Celtic over a deal for the Australia international.

The striker's agent Ken Anderson has said that talks were ongoing between Boro and Celtic.

"All we can say is that we understand an offer was made by Middlesbrough to Celtic for Scott and that negotiations are continuing between the clubs over a transfer fee," he said.
