Agent claims Djalo wants Tottenham move

According to his agent, Yannick Djalo could reject interest from Italy in order to join Tottenham.

The Sporting Lisbon striker has options to consider, with a number of Serie A clubs believed to be monitoring his situation.

However, the 24-year-old is said to favour a switch to England and is prepared to hold out for a Premier League move.

His representative believes an agreement to take his client to White Hart Lane is likely and expects a deal to be struck sooner rather than later.

"I believe Yannick will not play in Italy," Lionel da Silva told Calcio News 24.

"He is a player who is wanted in England and Tottenham looks like the most likely destination."
