AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani insists Rino Gattuso is not for sale.
Gattuso has been linked with Manchester City and was missing for Milan's 4-3 win over Cagliari.
"It is very simple. It's not true that Gattuso has ever come to ask to be transferred," said Galliani. "At this moment he is injured.
"I know that Andrea Pirlo is a player, I think, who is irreplaceable, but I say that Rino is linked also to this club. Rino is a great player, but it is clear that at this moment, probably, we can only play one from Ambrosini, Gattuso and Flamini."
