Roman Abramovich is demanding a sweeping coaching review at Chelsea.
The Sunday Mirror says Abramovich has ordered a total review of the coaching and administration set-up at Chelsea in the wake of the Champions League exit.
He was at the Cobham training ground the morning after the defeat by Inter Milan at Stamford Bridge.
The Chelsea owner wants a detailed report into the numbers employed in the backroom staff and what each employee contributes. The suggestion is there may be cutbacks.
Although the Russian oligarch has been supportive financially since he took over in 2003, he has been exasperated by the lack of success in the Champions League.
