Porto have announced today the terms of their sale of Fabio Vieira to Arsenal.

The two clubs confirmed Vieira's move yesterday afternoon.

And Porto declared on Wednesday: "Football Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD, under the terms of article 29 Q of the Securities Code and following the statement made on June 17, informs the market that the transfer to Arsenal FC has been confirmed, of the player Fábio Vieira for €40M (forty million euros), of which €5M (five million euros) are dependent on the achievement of sporting goals.

"It is further informed that FC Porto - Futebol, SAD will have charges for intermediation services of 10% of the sale value, with no deduction of solidarity."
