Arsenal academy attacker Kido Taylor-Hart has confirmed his departure from the club.

The 21-year-old was at Derby County on loan last season, while he spent this term at Bromley in the National League.

Given he has not impressed sufficiently at lower league level, Taylor-Hart is not in Arsenal's plans.

In an online statement, he said: "First I'd like to thank all the staff, coaches, fans and players at arsenal that have shown me love and helped me in my 13 years at this Amazing Club. I appreciate it more than I can explain.

“The Club has quite literally seen me grow up and go from a boy to a man [red heart emoji]".

"Saying that it's time to move on and I'm exited for what the future of my career holds. [prayer hands emoji, red and white circle emojis]".
